Depending on your preferred installation needs, the scanner can come in a compact all-in-one housing (EM50S-10) or as a split engine for separate mounting of the decoder board and imager (EM50S-20).
The EM50S offers you high-end performance in high-demand situations. This megapixel engine scans even the most complicated codes with convincing ease, including OCR, high-density, dual barcodes and DotCode. In dark or low-light conditions, it uses Automatic Exposure Control (AEC) to automatically adjust for high-contrast images. The result is a reliable engine no matter what you throw at it.
