I have a reader to send for repair. What procedure should I follow?

You need to fill out the ‘Technical Support RMA’ form on our website.
You will receive via email the document to include in the package.

How long does it take to receive the repaired item?

It depends on the type of reader and the type of service required.
You should consider a maximum of 3 weeks from the receipt of the item, except for any exceptions which will be communicated via email.

Will I have to pay for the shipping costs?

Yes, shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, except in special cases.

If I don’t have a courier subscription, what should I do?

Shipping is always the responsibility of the customer.
Only for the return of the repaired item, if the customer does not have an agreement with any courier, the shipment will be handled by Change Italia, and the shipping costs will be added to the invoice.

How can I know if my device is still under warranty?

You can provide the delivery note number, the purchase date, or simply the product’s serial number.

What is the warranty period for repaired products?

The warranty period for repaired products is 6 months, subject to evaluation by our technicians.
