As a close-range scanner with soft illumination, the EM20-85 can be aligned in a user’s direction without glare while still ensuring unique usability for scanning processes in customer self-service. Along with this, the EM20-85 is extremely thin, with a depth of only 18.3 mm; it will fit into any design case, no matter how slim it is.
With an integrated NFC reader module, the EM20-85 allows customers to read either barcodes or NFC tags. This opens up a range of new and exciting possibilities in customer self-service. The EM20-85's strength lies primarily in scanning paper, plastic and metal. But don't worry - scanning screens are also more than convincing.
